SHIPPING

At this time, Born of the Water offers shipping calculated by the weight of your items.

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all domestic orders, and FREE SHIPPING for international orders over $220.

For Hawaii residents, we offer FREE in-store pick up. Packages may arrive between 3-7 days of shipment date. For the continental United States, packages may also arrive between 3-7 days of shipment date.

For Canada, we offer rates starting at $16.00 for parcels under 16 ounces and price increases slightly as the weight increases. Packages may arrive between 5-10 days of shipment date.

For other countries, we offer rates starting at $23.00 for parcels under 16 ounces and price increases as the weight increases. Packages may arrive between 6-10 days of shipment date.

At this time, we allow international shipping to the United Kingdom, New Zealand (Aotearoa), Japan, Brazil, Columbia, and Australia. If you'd like your country to be added to our list, please send us an email before you place an order.

By placing an order for international shipping, the customer agrees to pay all taxes and customs duties when the package arrives in said country. Packages that must be processed through customs may take extra time, so please allow for this when trying to estimate a delivery date. Born of the Water is not responsible for these additional costs. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show any updates.

Born of the Water is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage of these items; please contact the carrier to file a claim.

Processing

Please allow 1-3 days for processing. If there is a problem with your order, we will notify you via the phone number and email provided. In this case, processing may take longer dependent upon client response. We appreciate your patience and cooperation!

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with an item due to color, size or style, the following guidelines listed on this page will be accepted for exchanges only.

 Guidelines

  • All exchanges must be postmarked within seven (7) days of delivery

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unsoiled, and unwashed

  • Sanitary strips, manufacturer tags, hang tags and any other applicable accessories must be attached to the item(s) and untampered with. No Exceptions.

If merchandise is found to be soiled, mishandled, abused, laundered or missing tags then it will be subject to refusal and will be returned at the customer’s expense.

All clearance items and/or items bought during certain promotional sales are FINAL SALE.

In-Store

Online purchases will be accepted for an exchange in-store with the original invoice included in the package.

Our in-store exchange policy is as follows:

If there is a color or size issue with a product, it may be exchanged within 14 days with liners and tags still attached. An original receipt must accompany the items.

What Happens Next?

If your package arrives in due time, your items will be inspected and processed for an exchange.

Please allow 5-7 business days from the exchange arrival date to receive notification on your exchange status.

Return Shipping Costs

At this time, prepaid return labels are not available. Return shipping is not refunded.

Customs charges incurred for returns from International orders will be billed to the customer.

Defective Items

If you feel like you have received a defective item, please report it to us immediately (before sending exchange package) to insure your exchange is properly processed.
